Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure that your areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
