Job Highlights

17.50 - $19.69 per hour!

This seasonal part-time role has a big-time impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are major players for our brand during our busiest seasons. This role is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. We hire people who love challenges, who make things happen, and who are passionate about what they do. • Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know—and love—about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed
• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA)
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Role Purpose & Impact

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by modeling brand values and providing a unique Athletes experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, including taking on Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests following UA policies
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Share product knowledge and participate in training

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards and store cleanliness
• Follow UA policies and procedures
• Complete operational and cash processes accurately
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies
• Work scheduled hours as per attendance policy

Team Collaboration & Self-Growth

• Collaborate to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-development to improve performance

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports / apparel & footwear retail

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs / 12kgs
• Move about the store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
