The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Georgian Mall location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate will deliver outstanding guest experiences and contribute to the success of the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at the store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to customers in areas like fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
