Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking staff for seasonal road maintenance and related services. You will remove snow and ice, perform roadway repairs, operate support equipment, and assist with traffic control during fluctuating shifts.

Shifts vary from 2 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling. PPE is provided, and candidates must meet the class DZ license requirements and safety training expectations.

Qualifications

• Communication in English, written and oral.
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimations.
• Rigorous adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal and sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highways, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes and striping.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance.
• Assist with traffic control setup and removal when required.
• Be available for emergency response rotations, overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
