Job summary

Rank and Rally in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Retail E-Commerce Associate to collect online orders and prepare them for pickup or shipment. This role supports fast-paced operations with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will print and fulfill orders, ship via ShipStation, update Shopify listings, and assist customers with order updates while coordinating with the E-Commerce team to ensure smooth service and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience handling online order fulfillment and customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Description

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for collecting online orders and getting them ready for pick up and shipment.

As a Retail E-Commerce Associate, you will:

• Print and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Ship orders using online applications (ShipStation)
• Connect with customers regarding updates on their order and other inquiries
• Organize orders for BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) so that customers can be served quickly and with ease
• Update product listings with inventory corrections as necessary (Shopify)
• Communicate with E-Commerce Supervisor/E-Commerce Manager regarding any issues with orders, product selection, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by E-Commerce Manager/ E-Commerce Supervisor

• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently to complete work assignments, as well as within a team when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability, and willingness to learn required business applications and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and organization
• Must be able to lift, move, push, pull items weighing up to 50lbs and be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
