Michaels in New Minas, NS is hiring friendly team members to help customers find products and ensure a quick, courteous checkout experience. This role supports truck unloading, stocking, and in-store merchandising across our store.

You’ll participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), promote rewards programs, and uphold store safety and SOPs. All teammates share in Michaels’ commitment to service and community.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
