Job summary

Sunshine Village Corporation in Banff is seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to staff and volunteers at our three operational sites. You will manage workplace administration, respond to inquiries, issue passes, coordinate onboarding, and support employee lifecycle needs from onboarding to offboarding in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment.

This role requires at least 2 years of admin experience, post-secondary HR or business studies, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in seasonal, recreation, or tourism workplaces preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR contact for inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Greet staff, manage front desk tasks, issue passes and badges.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS records and employee files.
• Support engagement initiatives, communications, and staff perks.
• Assist with inventory, uniforms, and adherence to SOPs.
