Job summary

Avenue Living Residential is seeking a casual, part-time, temporary Labor position in Edmonton from late October 2026 to April 2027. The role focuses on snow and ice removal tasks at residential properties, with logs submitted via Site Foto and reporting to the Residential Portfolio Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of general labor experience, a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general labor experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
• Must supply CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Complete snow and ice removal logs through Site Foto’s application.
• Report maintenance, snow and ice control issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
