As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll inspire others to explore the outdoors while delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in sustainability and quality. This is a part-time, temporary / seasonal sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.

What You'll Do

• Provide unforgettable service : Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
• Drive sales : Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
• Maintain store standards : Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
• Foster teamwork : Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
• Share our mission : Educate guests about Fjällräven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
• Participate in events : Help build community by supporting in-store and local events

Who You Are

• A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
• Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
• Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
• Preferred, but not required : Experienced in retail or customer service
