Store Location: Banff, AB
Compensation: $16.00-$20.25 per hour

This is apart-time, temporary/seasonal sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.

What You'll Do

• Provide unforgettable service:Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
• Drive sales: Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
  
• Maintain store standards:Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
  
• Foster teamwork:Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  
• Share our mission:Educate guests about Fjällräven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
  
• Participate in events:Help build community by supporting in-store and local events
  

Who You Are

• A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
• Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
• Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
