Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for road maintenance across Northern BC, offering year-round work with contracts up to three years. Candidates should have a Class 1 or 3 license and be prepared for physically demanding outdoor work with heavy equipment such as snowplows and wheel loaders.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required

Compensation

$30.76 - $37.72 per hour

This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.

Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
