Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a Chef de Partie for the season to lead an assigned station with a collaborative F&B team. You will focus on food production, safety, and precise execution of menu items while supporting a positive guest experience in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Production and banquet experience is preferred.
• Working towards a career in culinary and a culinary diploma.
• Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations.
• Self-disciplined with a desire to elevate guest experience.
• Continually demonstrates strong leadership skills.
• Self-starts on tasks and adapts to varying business volumes.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for all aspects of food preparation and delivery on the assigned station, following standard recipes.
• Ensures quality and quantity of all food production on the assigned station.
• Trains the culinary team on established recipes and procedures for the station.
• Supervises cooks in the absence of the Jr. Sous Chef or Sous Chef and ensures station standards.
• Maintains health and safety records and ensures equipment meets health standards.
• Supports health and safety guidelines and cleans according to schedule.
• Communicates shortages and supports special requests for large group reservations.
• Contributes to menu innovation and timely food service delivery.
