Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Marine Technician (or similar mechanical trade).
• Familiarity with Yamaha and Mercury brands is an asset.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair outboards, personal watercraft, and boats from leading brands (Yamaha, Mercury, Stanley, Grady White, Key West, Rossiter, Princecraft, MasterCraft, Waverunner PWC).
• Perform routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, and safety inspections.
• Complete warranty and recall work according to manufacturer standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to ensure precise and efficient repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
