The Al Angelo Company is a third-generation, family-owned and operated property management company with properties in Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

Seasonal Maintenance Porter Job Description

This entry-level position reports directly to the onsite maintenance technician and property manager. The maintenance porter is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and daily appearance of the community safely.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Grounds maintenance
• Pressure washing
• Painting
• Pool/Spa maintenance
• Organizational skills
• Customer service
• Overtime as required

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-5, but may change in the future.

Pay is $17.50 per hour.
