Job summary

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge and Quartermaster Eatery is seeking a skilled Breakfast & Line Cook to craft in-house breakfasts, take-out picnics and heli lunches for guests in a luxury lodge setting. The role supports the Executive Chef and culinary team, ensuring top-quality food, presentation and safety across high-standard service.

The ideal candidate brings breakfast cooking and baking proficiency, Food Safe certification, a minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage, and a flexible, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Food Safe certification, or willingness to be certified.
• 2+ years prior food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast dishes and baked goods.
• Take-out picnics or heli lunches; some après offerings.
• Work closely with Executive Chef, culinary team and Lodge Experience team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and safety.
• Maintain clean, food-safe kitchen and inventory records.
• Interact with guests professionally to ensure a great experience.
