Job summary

Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto, ON, is seeking a Seasonal Kiosk Associate to operate a temporary kiosk during the holiday period. The role focuses on promoting and selling spa products and services to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Marketing and Kiosk Coordinator, you will inform customers, identify needs, assist with gift certificates, and manage opening/closing duties. Hours are full-time and/or part-time with an hourly rate of $23.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Experience in sales.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Experience with using a POS system.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment.
• Versatile, thorough, and autonomous.

We are currently seeking passionate Kiosk Associates in the Toronto Region area to join our village.

Reporting to the Marketing and Kiosk Coordinator, the Kiosk Associate will operate one of Thermea Spa Village’s temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets.

Profile needed

• High school diploma;
• One-year experience in customer service;
• Experience in sales;
• Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies;
• Experience with using a POS system;
• Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment;
• Versatile, thorough, and autonomous;
• Shows initiative;
• Punctuality and reliability;
• Professional and collaborative attitude;
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Work Schedule

Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required).

Must be available from late October to December 31, 2026.

Compensation

• Hourly rate $23.00
