Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to help run Santa photo sets and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

No photography experience is required; we value warmth, energy, and teamwork. You will perform opening and closing duties, operate POS and photo equipment, and support a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
