Cherry Hill Programs in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer at the Pen Centre. This part-time role offers a rate of $17.60 CAD per hour and requires a minimum age of 16. You will greet families, take festive photos, and ensure a smooth guest experience from start to finish.

No photography experience is required; training will be provided. Flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to return for future seasons are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For

• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
