Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead in Edmonton, AB to oversee Santa photo set operations. The role is part-time with a CAD 17 per hour rate, focusing on guest experience, leadership, and smooth daily operations during the holiday season.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, staff guidance, issue troubleshooting, training support, and capturing memorable photos with guests while ensuring safety and cleanliness on shift.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
