Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support Santa photo sets, guide the team, and welcome families. You’ll help with photos, manage daily operations, and ensure a joyful guest experience across busy holiday periods.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, leading by example, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with training. No photography experience required, but strong customer service is essential.

• Retail or service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as neededTake photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
