Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets. The role emphasizes warm guest service and a joyful photo experience from start to finish.

The position offers flexible scheduling, same‑day pay options for early access to earnings, and opportunities to grow within our souvenir photography division during and beyond the season.

Competenze

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
