Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for the Burlington Centre location. This part-time role involves greeting families, engaging with children, and helping create magical holiday moments while capturing memorable Santa photos.

You’ll provide friendly guest service, operate the POS and photography gear, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively

• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
