Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Niagara Pen Centre in St Catharines, ON. This part-time role involves greeting families, taking photos, and delivering a joyful guest experience on our Santa photo sets.

You will work with a friendly team, operate POS and photography equipment, and help create memorable moments for visiting families during the holiday season. Flexibility for peak hours and potential future seasons is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic


• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively


• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers


• Operate POS system and photography equipment


• Maintain a safe and clean working environment


• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age


• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling


• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must


• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses


• Flexibility to work during \"peak\" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed


• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
