Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for Kildonan Place in Winnipeg. You will welcome families, engage with children, and create magical Santa photo moments while delivering friendly, high-quality guest service.

The role involves handling sales, operating photography-related equipment, and working a fast-paced, festive environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to return for future seasons and perks for you and your family.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and valued.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
