Mount Washington Alpine Resort in British Columbia is hiring a Groups Reservation Administrator for the December–March peak season. Reporting to the Groups Supervisor, you will coordinate corporate and educational group bookings with a focus on guest service and administrative accuracy.

The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly by phone, email and in person, and respond to inquiries within 72 hours.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Axess is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for group clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate administrative support to the Groups department across Snow School, Nordic, Alpine, Rentals, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Maintain and update the Group Tracker and sales system to communicate booking volumes.
• Respond to booking inquiries and modifications within 72 hours.
• Coordinate all group logistics, including rentals, food & beverage needs, and sales transactions during onsite visits.
• Collaborate with Snow School Dispatch and departmental supervisors to ensure readiness and guest experiences.
