Job summary

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian jewellery brand founded in Regina in 2007, is hiring for a Seasonal Distribution Centre Coordinator. You'll coordinate, assemble, and ship orders with care, ensuring accurate packaging and on-time delivery as part of our busy holiday season.

You'll work with the Distribution Centre Manager and Senior Coordinator to prepare inventory orders for retail locations nationwide, and you’ll support Marketing and Design by shipping product and campaign materials as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Above-average attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

What You'll Do

• As a Seasonal Distribution Centre Coordinator, you'll coordinate, assemble, and ship orders with the care our clients expect — packaging each piece accurately and getting it out the door on time.
• You’ll work alongside the Manager of the Distribution Centre and our Senior Distribution Centre Coordinator to prepare inventory orders for our retail locations nationwide.
• You’ll also support our Marketing and Design teams by shipping product and campaign materials where they need to be, when they need to be there.

When You’ll Work

This is a temporary position working 25-40 hours per week, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST between November 12th to December 29th.
