Job summary

Hillberg & Berk is seeking Seasonal Client Ambassadors for the Southgate Mall location in Edmonton. You will greet clients, help them select the perfect piece, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unpacking shipments, replenishing stock, wrapping gifts, and keeping the store tidy between rushes. The role requires 1–2 years of fast-paced retail experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, food service, or similar fast-paced experience.
• Comfort with physical, detail-heavy work: standing, lifting, and using a step stool.
• Availability through peak period, including evenings, weekends, Black Friday and Boxing Day.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and helping them find pieces they’ll love.
• Receiving shipments, replenishing the floor, keeping the stockroom in order.
• Gift wrapping and packaging with care and speed.
• Operating the POS and keeping the line moving without rushing.
• Maintaining the store visuals to the brand standards.
• Backing up the team with ad hoc support.

Each holiday season, our stores become the place people come to find the gift they've been thinking about since October. It's the most joyful and most demanding stretch of our year, and we're hiring Seasonal Client Ambassadors at our Southgate Mall location in Edmonton to help us celebrate the season!

Hillberg & Berk was founded at a kitchen table in Regina in 2007 and has been women-owned ever since. We design jewellery for people who'd rather express themselves than blend in, and we donate a minimum of 1% of annual sales to causes supporting women. Every box that leaves our stores over the holidays carries a bit of that magic with it.

About The Role

This job is client-facing, and it's hands-on. You'll welcome clients, support the team in helping them find the right piece, and ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish. You'll also unpack shipment, replenish the floor, keep the stockroom accurate, wrap a lot of gifts, and put the store back together between rushes.

What You Bring

• One to two years of retail, hospitality, food service, or similar fast-paced experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
