Job Requirements

• Greet guests and process check-ins and payments
• Manage reservations via phone, online, and in person
• Create and manage emails, letters, newsletters, posters, and documents
• Pay attention to detail and produce quality documents efficiently
• Handle all phone calls and emails professionally
• Exercise sound judgment, reasoning, and discretion
• Conduct site inspections and investigate discrepancies

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work weekends, various shifts, and full-time hours as needed

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or campgrounds is a plus
