Compensation

Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift differential for applicable hours worked

Schedule

12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Must attend training during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts.
• Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output, and other key metrics.
• Follow safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safety observation programs.
• Communicate effectively regarding issues that impact operations.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as efficiency, production, and downtime.
• Perform hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials for quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize output and efficiency.
• Attend shift, team, and plant meetings.
• Continuously improve line operations and support cross-training.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Prioritize safety and quality with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
• Experience with high-speed production and basic maintenance is a plus.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via radio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including weather variations.
