Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for POS and reservation systems.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and seat them with a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure guests are comfortable, informed of wait times and events.
• Control seating to maintain service levels at the highest level.
• Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant.
• Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
