What Youll Do

• Operate heavy farm machinery (such as tractors, grain carts, and trucks) safely and efficiently during the harvest window.
• Assist with logistics, equipment prep, yard maintenance, and grain handling.
• Support the broader farm team in executing our harvest plans with high care, consistency, and a strong safety-first mindset.
• Maintain equipment in a clean, working condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.

Who Were Looking For

• Experience: Prior farming experience is highly preferred.
• Location: Located locally to Langenburg, SK and ready to work.
• Availability: Able to commit fully to the peak harvest season from August through October.
• License: A valid driver's license is required; a Class 1 license is considered a significant asset.
• Mindset: Values-driven, mechanically inclined, comfortable with outdoor physical work, and ready to show up on time.
