Bass Pro Shops in Edmonton North, AB is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate for a part-time role, supporting store events throughout the year. This position offers flexible hours during peak holiday periods and a chance to participate in exciting in-store activities like Santa’s Wonderland.

You will greet customers, assist with event-related activities, operate POS and inventory systems, and help process payments while delivering a high-energy, family-friendly shopping experience.

Formación

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs.
• Perform duties associated with store events.
• Use point-of-sale and inventory computer systems to accurately and quickly complete customer transactions following all policies, including those requiring identification and age checks.
• Process customer payment using debit, credit card, gift cards, and cash.
• Respond and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
