Starting wage is $19.00/hour with the potential for additional responsibilities during peak periods. The role supports a dynamic hospitality team in a busy, outdoor-oriented destination environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all dishwashing duties and proper storage of wares.
• Clean kitchen equipment, sinks, stoves, fridges, and ensure surfaces are dry.
• Unload and store items, maintain organized storage areas.
• Support line cook team during off-dish periods with prep tasks.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Be flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
