The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is hiring for a full-time permanent position at the Fiddle River Restaurant in Jasper, AB. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen items, operating dishwashers, and handling various food preparation tasks.

The role requires no formal education but does require proficiency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will receive on-the-job training.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.
• English language proficiency is required.

• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Place dishes in the storage area.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Scour pots and pans.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sharpen kitchen knives.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
