Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain our products, and help with purchases in a welcoming, inclusive setting. This position supports floor replenishment, POS transactions, and brand promotions across our Carter’s and OshKosh ranges.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and delivering exceptional service.
