Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance and report stop counts and missorts.
• Adhere to courier best practices and loading procedures.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems and answer customer questions.
