Grow your culinary career at one of the most unique sites in Calgary! The Wilder Institute / Calgary Zoo’s catering department is looking for a seasonal Chef de Partie to join our enthusiastic and energetic Catering Team. The Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing culinary operations in the absence of the Executive or Sous Chefs. They will execute all event orders, including hands-on food preparation, delivery, and clean-up.

Working Conditions :
The Wilder Institute / Calgary Zoo is an outdoor facility; staff must be comfortable working in various outdoor conditions. We follow Environment Canada's advice regarding temperature and air quality. The zoo is a no-smoking environment, including vaping.
