Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) for Southgate Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. Join a vibrant store team delivering inspirational guest experiences and hands-on play in a dynamic environment.

This role is seasonal, part-time, lasting through January 10, 2027, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include greeting guests, POS use, maintaining displays, restocking, and providing friendly, engaging service consistent with LEGO

Qualifications

• Must be available to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, operate cash register functions, and provide friendly service to every visitor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and displays.
• Assist in receiving merchandise and manage stockroom activities per LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Handle customer issues and refer complex cases to a manager.
• Engage customers with LEGO-themed experiences and participate in loyalty programs.
