Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking energetic individuals for a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This part-time role runs through January 10, 2027, with hours including weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Process information/merchandise through the register system.
Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides.
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
Physical specifications: moving, standing, lifting at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, handling cash functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment and maintain store displays per LEGO Brand Retail standards.
Safely operate the store stockroom and assist in receiving merchandise while adhering to safety regulations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
Engage with customers and utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
