Job summary

Vessi Footwear Ltd. in Richmond, BC, invites you to join as an in-store brand ambassador. You will provide a seamless customer experience, showcase our 100% waterproof products, and drive sales with expert product knowledge.

You’ll support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, POS handling, fitting, merchandising and stock processing, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment. Diversity is valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers.
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service.
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance i.e. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures.
