Job summary

Vessi Footwear Ltd. is seeking a motivated in-store brand ambassador in Mississauga to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive sales. You will showcase product knowledge, assist with fitting, and help maintain store presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail or customer service experience, are flexible with hours, and can lift and move merchandise as needed. The role offers opportunities to participate in promotions and a supportive team environment.

• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out core values, and provide a seamless in-store experience.
• Drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction with product knowledge and service.
• Perform day-to-day store operations: opening/closing, POS handling, fitting, merchandising, stock receiving.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures
• Other duties as required
