Job summary

Vessi in Canada is seeking a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience

You will drive sales, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and provide friendly, responsive service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will also assist with opening/closing, merchandising, stock handling, and keep the store’s water installations well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail or customer service, can adapt quickly, and are flexible for holidays and weekend shifts.

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers.
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service.
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures.
• Other duties as required
