Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a warm, welcoming shopping environment for clients.

This seasonal role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for performance-based bonuses, and a benefits program, with compensation in the CAD$17.00–CAD$20.00/hr range.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support team in creating outstanding client experiences and sales.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in promotions and events.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower all customers and colleagues.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.
