Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak periods. You will maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store and help create meaningful client moments in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) with availability during nights and weekends. Compensation ranges CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60 per hour, plus potential bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support team in creating client experiences and achieving sales.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in promotions.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower all staff.
• Uphold Sephora standards by maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
