Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will create a welcoming store atmosphere, maintain stock levels, and assist clients with confidence and care to drive a memorable shopping experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling, an hourly rate of CAD 19.20–22.60, and opportunities for bonus, benefits, and development programs within the LVMH Sephora network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand through promotions and events.
