Sephora Canada in Nanaimo is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will support store operations, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

The role offers hourly pay CAD$19.85–CAD$24.80 with potential performance-based bonuses and a benefits program. Availability during peak periods including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: promotions and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote openness and empowerment.
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow policies and maintain a clean, safe store.
