Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, supporting inventory and merchandising, and upholding Sephora standards; position offers flexible hours (0–14 per week) and weekend availability, CAD$19.85–$24.80 per hour plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr.
