Job summary

Terroni Group is seeking a full-time seasonal Barista/Counter Help at our Spaccio West / Terroni Sterling location (128 Sterling Road). You will greet guests, prepare authentic Italian coffee, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced storefront environment.

Training is provided on the job; willingness to learn is valued. Flexible day and night shifts, with opportunities for growth and a positive team culture in a beloved Italian brand.

Qualifications

• Some counter service and/or barista experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide on the job training.
• Working knowledge of Silverware POS is an asset.
• Smart Serve Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a cheerful and outgoing personality and deliver excellent customer service at the Servery grab ’n go café counter.
• Make the perfect Italian coffee (espresso, cappuccino) with care and accuracy.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming storefront experience.

We are looking for full-time seasonal Barista/Counter Help to join our Team at our Spaccio West / Terroni Sterling location at 128 Sterling Road. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, interacting with guests and brings a positive and professional work ethic. If pulling the perfect Italian espresso and crafting the perfect cappuccino brings you joy or you are simply are eager to learn these beautiful skills we want to hear from you!

Description of Role:

As an important member of our FOH Servery team in the storefront, you are the first person our guests meet upon entering our café storefront and therefor play an integral role in delivering excellent customer service to our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, greeting guests with a cheerful and outgoing personality and offering an outstanding customer service experience at the Servery grab ‘n go café counter are the primary responsibilities of the Barista…and of course making the perfect Italian coffee every order! Scheduling is flexible with both day and night shifts during the week day and on weekends. Some counter service and or barista experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide on the job training. Working knowledge of Silverware POS is an asset. Smart Serve Certification required.
