Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate in West Vancouver to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations during peak season. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and assist with merchandising, creating a welcoming, fast-paced shopping environment.

Flex scheduling with 0–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail hours (nights and weekends) are required. Prior retail or hospitality experience and strong communication are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
