Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or client-focused experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role requires availability during nights and weekends and includes performance-based bonus

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
